I have some strange things. With whatsapp, my contact last is for example 9:15. I come back on whatsapp ten minutes later and the last seen is now 9:18. If I restart the app, last seen show now 9:15. Or I see a contact on line and then last seen 8:20 but it's actually 8:17. But sometimes clockwork get the right time by itself.

UPDATE: the issue is still present in 1.1.6.27 (Aaslakkajärvi).

If this is indeed an issue for all of aliendalvik and not just WhatsApp then it may break Android clients that rely on timing (e.g. 2 factor authentication, banking apps and similar).

I experienced the same but otherwise, android clock seems to run slower than system. First time I figured it out today. The days before I restarted the Alien Dalvik at least once a day. This could be kind fo a workaround till it got fixed. But I need to have eye on this, maybe you can check it also. I use 'Sailfish Utilities' from Jolla Store. There is an option to restart alien dalvik. Maybe there won't be significant issues when restarting alien dalvik at least twice a day?

Its a workaround but it dosn't help all times, I need to restart alien dalvik more than 4 times a day (using only Whatsapp, Clas of Clasns)

Yeah I experienced the same but for my opinion it's good to have this as a "workaround" for not having to restart device 4 or 5 times a day... but it's quiet anoying...

I'm still using Mitäkuulu from the Warehouse. Only Facebook and the messenger I'm running that is Android apps.

I have the same problem with 1.1.6.27! The Android Clock runs to slow. I installed a android clock app. This app seems to stop after a while... i need to restart the app to get the right time again. That seems to be the Problem with Whatsapp, too! To get Whatsapp back to work, I just switch the network connections. (every our...)

Does anyone know if it is fixed in 1.1.7?

I'll test it and let you know.

EDIT: I let an Android clock app run for like 6 hours - no delay, not even a second. My phone is running on the latest 1.1.7 preview upgrade. If you want me to test something else, I can do that.

And, did the upgrade solve the time differencies for you? :)

more or less... with the lates Upgrade (1.9.) it works most of the time. But I realise that it stops sometimes, if the app is in the background.
