Hi,

I am looking for a reliable and proven way to synchronize my calendars and contacts between my Mac at home and my Jolla Phone. Right now, I have my Data at Google but, the synchronization does not work well, as a contact, which had been updated in the Google-Webfrontend does not get updated on my Jolla. The same is for the calendar, where a deleted entry is still on the phone after ten hours.

So what I am looking for is a solution the synchronize my contacts and my calendars between my Jolla and my Mac. I have no problems to move my PIM data to a new "Cloud"-provider (like Fruux, Yahoo, Memotoo) or to install 3rd party software like Syncevolution (which haven't done right now).

Do you have any suggestions?

I havent't tried it yet as I was hoping, that someone has already found a reliable way to syncronize contacts and calendar.

@Florian Sachs - Those sound like bugs, have you tried to sync the account manually after doing the changes in the google web frontend ? (settings->accounts-> your account, using the pulley menu select 'sync account')

Hi,

Yes - I tried to sync manually. At least the birthdays are not synched properly...
