[Feature request] Ability to lock the position of covers on Home [duplicate]

Sometimes the user may prefer or want a cover always stay in the same place on Home, for example when you have to switch between applications just to view or copy some data, now the last open application switches to the first position and can create confusion when fast switching to another application. Also you can always take the top any application of information system resource consumption, monitoring app or whatever the user wants. I think in certain situations could increase the user experience.

A quick way to select which cover move or lock position could be using a menu after a long tapping on the cover at the screen where you can close the apps.
