Flex cable from internal µSD slot to a second connector available without removing toh.
Something like this:

I think this is something that can easily be hacked together using either a default other half, some glue and a cutter or a 3d printed other half specifically for this purpose.
Please note that you can also find microSD to normal size SD card adapters, like this one http://linitx.com/product/sdmicro-to-sd-card-adapter/11922 and so you could use cheaper/bigger cards (or download pictures from your camera)
