feature request: more flexible repeating of calendar events

It would be great, to have more flexibilty on repeating of events in the calendar. For example have an event repeated every 5 weeks or 3 months or ... Probably give the possibility to create own intervalls would be the easiest way, to achive most flexibility.
The repeat interval whose omission is the most annoying for me is: "Repeat on the Nth [Name]day every month". Many groups have repeating monthly meetings which take place on the same day of the week (eg, Wednesday) and the same week of the week (eg, 2nd week of the month), and it's not possible to choose this repeat frequency in the calendar at present.
