[bug] Incorrect French localisation in MMS Settings

Hi,

In French, MB (mega-bytes) must be abbreviated "Mo" - not "MO". Also, "kB" is abbreviated in FR "ko" - _not_ "kO".

I've seen these errors in MMS settings / "Max size of message" parameter, but it may also appear elsewhere.
