If I would be able to select 'no style' then I would be able to browse my gmail and delete messages. Right now the mail page is unzoomable and top right action icons overlap or are not visible at all (portrait or landscape orientation). I think there may be more examples how turning styles off would help, but that one is the most recent to thwart my efforts.

Here is an example of an alternate stylesheet I would test locally if I could save the file from the native browser. (I have yet to check via the terminal where I could put the file so the native browser would check and access it if the feature would be exposed somewhere in the settings or running browser GUIs.)

there is a together about non-working URLs (or bad display of pages) - if google is not there already... might want to share your experience there (added browser tag)

@chemist: thanks for your input. I added the usability tag to make searching and finding this easier. For now I'll leave out reference to this question. It probably needs improvement and if other users find it credible it will get attention.

@eric: thanks. I intended my question to focus on asking for user stylesheets accessibility rather than web pages that make it necessary, but I guess the issues aren't exactly separate. I hope then, in the next release, that alternate stylesheets and user stylesheets might get some attention. It might be fun to see what can be gotten out of curl and awk to circumnavigate the issue, but those itches so scratched won't be so quick in this case as a style-mod button of some sort in the GUI.

You can always contribute any features/fixes you would like to the browser, it's free software: https://github.com/sailfishos/sailfish-browser
