I noticed following news today in Finnish Techology maganize => http://www.digitoday.fi/tietoturva/2015/01/12/lahes-miljardi-android-puhelinta-joutumassa-vaaraan/2015385/66

It has also link to other news pages such as https://community.rapid7.com/community/metasploit/blog/2015/01/11/google-no-longer-provides-patches-for-webview-jelly-bean-and-prior

Does this affect Jolla and Alien-Dalvik as it is giving android support below the version indicated by the articles?

Does this mean that all Android browsers on Jolla may have this Webview issue?

Or is it something that doesn't concern Jolla, SailFish and Alien-Dalvik?

at least, they have integrated webview in alien-dalvik (android browsers like Tint Browser do work), so that has to concern Jolla. But as I know, not all browsers are using this Engine. Firefox and its forks are using Gecko under Android... BUT it concerns almost ALL android apps showing ads!
