Hey, i am new here, i have my device for 2 days and i don't know how Facebook IM works. I don't understand what is XMPP, how i set it up for Facebook IM. So if is here someone who can write how to do it for novice like me, i will be very happy. Thanks a lot.

Set up Facebook under Settings > Accounts
Make sure you enable "Instant Messaging" in the Facebook account options
Open Notification Panel by swiping up from the bottom of the screen
Select "Show Presence Details" from the Pulley Menu
Select Available, you should see green indicators in this menu and next to the clock on the home screen.
In the People App, under the globe icon, there should now be a list of people online
You should now receive Facebook messages through the messaging app
