Pulley-menu appears instead of closing all apps

Edit: with 3.0.1.11 it is now easier to watch: reboot phone, open one or two apps, press-and-hold; observe that (x)-symbols appear. If you now swipe down, instead of closing apps the menu appears. Repeat last steps, and you will succeed on second try. Not that this is a serious bug, I just think it has become easier trackable.

The pulley action close all on opened apps in home screen gets stuck when tried the first time after reboot, no matter how long the phone has been up.

I have to lift my thumb and close apps for each, or just try pulley action again. Next attempt succeeds.

Have you tried right after a reboot? Open some apps and then long-tap somewhere on home screen, stay on display and try to drag pulley down.

yes it does happen to me quite a lot.after the last update the whole experience has become laggy not just while closing apps

Bug exist also in 1.1.6.27 but there anytime, look here for more detail.

That is another one. The one I am referring to happens only the first try after a fresh reboot, without events view or any other.
