The Calendar app still shows the calendar from an Exchange account which I have already removed from the device under "Manage Calendars".
I use Sailfish OS Version 1.1.1.27 and Calendar version 0.4.38 (according to the Store)

You may delete an account but you still keep the scheduled entries. As long as these entries exist you will see the deleted calendar. Eventually, the calendar disapeares when the last event is deleted or synced "away".
An improvement could be to ask whether existing cal entries should be deleted with the calendar.
I don't have the account any more where I could configure what events should be synced, and I have already deleted it a few months ago, so I don't need that calendar still in that list. There should be an option to remove such calendars (and all events in them) when the corresponding account has been deleted.
