Hello! First of all, i love jolla phone and sailfish os. But recently i have met many problems with them. here is few examples: My battery doesn't charge up properly/usb is somehow broken. This means that when i but my phone to charge, i have to search the position of usb where phone will charge. its very sensitive to touch, if phone moves, charging usually stops. Also, sometimes when phone clearly shows that its charging, but after few hours i check whats the situation of charge level... its same as few hours ago. and still it says that its charging the phone. Secong thing is vibraton motor. It stopped working, and becouse of this, i have missed many calls. These are matters of usability. Then i have few other, not so important, but annoying problems. There at dead pixels both side of a screen, those shown when something black or very dark is on the screen. Ambiances (made with gallery option "create ambiance") doesnt stay. After random time, ambiance changes back to toh's ambiance. Sometimes when charge level hits to 20-30%, phone notifies that battery is empty and it shuts down. when i power it up again, everything works proberly. Last, but not the least, i have few notifications which keep appearing after i delete them. i downloaded few files with jolla browser and those "download complete" notifications just stays there. So, what i wanna ask is what jolla going to do about this thing? I will send this phone to repair soon, monday or tuesday. Warrantytime is over now, but i want to know are these problems that kind of things what i should accept after using phone year and one month. I know that this is jollas first phone and sailfish os is under development, but still, is it ok that phone breaks up after year? if i'm honest, first 3-4 months this phone has been in box and it has been in use in that time maybe 10 times just checking charge level and opdating software etc. So, this phone has been in daily use about 9-10 monts, maybe less. I really hope that jolla will get this thing done well, because i love sailfish and jolla.

If you bought the phone on the jolla webshop, warranty regulations of EU are obligatory. This means you could still benefit from warranty within a period of two years from the day of purchase.

This is what i copied straight from the jolla's warranty page: Warranty Period

The warranty period starts from the time of Product’s original purchase by the original end user. The Product may consist of several different elements and these elements may be covered by a different warranty period (hereinafter “Warranty Period”).

The different Warranty Periods conclude:

Twelve (12) months from the date of purchase by the original end user for the included hardware product and accessories (whether included in the hardware product sales package or sold separately) other than the consumable parts and accessories listed in (2) and (3) below;
Six (6) months from the date of purchase by the original end user for the following consumable parts and accessories: batteries, chargers, cables and covers; and
Ninety (90) days from the date of purchase by the original end user for media on which any software is provided, e.g. CD-ROM, memory card.

As far as national laws permit, the Warranty Period will not be extended or renewed or otherwise affected due to subsequent resale, repair or replacement of the Product. However, repaired part(s) will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or for sixty (60) days from the date of repair, whichever is longer.

No matter what they limit to on their warranty page, if you purchased from within EU, EU laws apply. But what I do not get is, why don't you just contact "care"?
