[SOLVED] Calendar app can no longer find the calendars [answered]

Hello,
My calendar app suddenly stopped displaying events (Exchange and Locally stored events). When I go to "Manage calendars" it displays nothing.
I uninstalled the calendar app but the problem remains.
As a result I cannot use the application at all. When I want to create a meeting the "Save" button remains greyed because I cannot select a calendar for the event.
Probably a corrupt file somewhere, but I don't know how to solve this.

Additional information: notification continue to appear on the phone (Exchange and other). This means that the events are still there, but the link with the calendar app is probably broken.
