Starting from Android 4.4, Google started to use new ART Runtime instead of Dalvik, which seems to be more battery-effective and less memory-consuming. I do not own Jolla Phone, but judging by last update list, it emulates Android 4.3 for now. As Indiegogo contributor, I've heard what upcoming Sailfish 2.0 for tablets should emulate Android 4.4. I would like to know if Sailfish would support this new runtime.

Indeed, I just haven't found it because I searched for ART runtime, not Alien Dalvik. Sadly, there is no answer about it yet.

I don´t think this is a duplicated question.
