Offer the possibility to display or not the Facebook conversations etc ... in the "messages" application.

Just add an option like : "enable / disable Facebook conv'"

Do you mean that you want to disable Facebook chat entirely, so isn't used from your phone at all? You can do that with:

  1. Open Settings, Accounts
  2. Select Facebook account
  3. Tap "Instant Messaging" to turn the switch off
  4. Press "Save" or swipe left to accept

That will disable the facebook chat account. Currently, it still appears in the presence settings and old conversations will still be on your device, but you can remove them. If you disable Instant Messaging while creating the account, it will never appear anywhere.

Or, have I misunderstood your question: Do you just want to filter your conversations to only see some types of messages?
