Dear Jolla user with the French operator Orange (Orange Mobile, Sosh, complete MVNO list here), as you have probably noticed, the MMS fonction is not working anymore. In order to improve the reaction of the technical department of Orange, could you please sign this petition.

The more signatures we have, the sooner we will get support from the operator Orange.

25 signatures on Monday 23rd of February, very nice, but the more we get, the better it will, let's try to reach 45!

31 signatures on Friday 27th of February, just 14 to go for the first goal!

39 signatures on Tuesday 10th of March, just 6 to go for the first goal, please go and vote!

Sail on!

Since December 2014, Jolla users on the Orange Network can send MMS but they don't receive them anymore. The Orange customer service is not able to solve the problem and they do push the issue to Jolla. But the issue is only for Jolla's on Orange networks, so obviously they need to look deeper into this problem. Just a request is not enough, I want to try with a petition.

I noticed there was an answer to a previous thread: https://together.jolla.com/question/67866/mms-reception-is-now-impossible/?answer=68455#post-id-68455 (in French) which was also accepted. Did the solution stop working, or is it a different issue?

By the way, Belgian operator Proximus also has an anti-Jolla policy. Some Proximus mobile apps stopped working with Jolla phones as from December 2014, just because operating system appears to be 'unknown'. In their terminology, 'unknown' means 'out of reach of our malware components'. I think this is an evidence that you should stay away from shady software that works only with poorly protected devices running poorly protected operating systems.

@cybette : That's not the same issue. Some people had a wrong ip address. That's not the case here. We can send mms without problem, but we can't receive them. It was working well until december. Then it worked again for some time, and since the beginning of january, nobody using his jolla with Orange/Sosh has received any MMS.
