[Bug] Gallery App

I found out Gallery app. I download image from web browser. And, i can see image on gallery. and, i rename image name on file browser. not gallery.
Of course, gallery can't show image except of thumnail. Thumnail show forever. Don't refresh. Manual Refresh isn't.
last, i try to delete image on gallery. Gallery app try to delete image. but it didn't delete. Thumnail show forever. thumnail didn't forever.
Now, i rename image first name. Automatically delete image. Ohing~~~ thumnail din't show anymore.
Its a pain, I have faced this issue many instance and thought it must have been reported already. Even resetting tracker database in Utilities app does not help unfortunately.
