Vibration settings to ambiance

Make possible to define vibration settings by ambiance. Now it is only possible to adjust a vibration settings through the preferences and all vibration settings are bounded to the sound settings basically.
Because of this I can't have "sleep" ambiance that would turn vibration of also.
I think that all sound settings under preferences are also unnecessary because all of those could be behind ambiance. And that way we could have clearer system preferences view, less options.
