When Alarm-clock rings or sms is recieved, pause active media, then resume it.

Hello!
When I play an audio-file through media player (I believe the case is the same for the browser) and I receive a call, the playback is paused and resumes after the call ends.
I want this to happen when an alarm is triggered from the clock-app. Right now, the alarm sound is heard, but the audio keeps playing in the background and I have to rewind to not miss a part of my audiobook.
The same problem exists when recieving an sms message, you miss parts of what you are listening too for the sms signal, which is very irritating. I'd prefer if the sound was paused for the sms signal and then resumed after the signal is over.
