[feature request] Option to send an SMS when clicking on phone number inside an app

Some apps have features to detect when clicking on a phone number like the Android-app Facebook Messenger.
When clicking on a phone number I'll get an option to either dial it or cancel. I would be really nice if I got an option to send a text message (SMS) too.
I'm currently using SailfishOS 1.1.2.15.
