Does any one know how to clear the browsing history of the native SF web browser?

In Jolla settings for browser has too switches Remove personal data and Search Engine

What does the removal of personal data actually means even the Jolla user guide doesn't tell you what is going to be removed?

Vice versa what personal data Jolla stores to the phone while we are using the browser?

May I ask, where I can find the browser history?

@jpek-m: You should see the history whenever you type in the search field of an existing or new tab...

Remove personal data removes browsing history, saved login credentials, saved login sessions and other cookies

May I ask where did you found this information and can you share the source with us?

If this is the case should all those listed points be added separately as Jolla browser under browser security headline and thus allow control individually?

I selected the option and the results were as described. At least those things happen, could be more to it.

Would be great to be able to clear all the data seperately.

Ok - thanks for the clarification as I didn't dared to do that yet ;)

However here is something what Jolla should improve i.e. providing more information about the phones functionality even their crew is still small.

I don't get it. Where's the answer to the question: How to clear the browsing history?

Now I've got it :) 1. Open "settings" 2. Press "applications" 3. Pres the "sailfish browser icon" 4. Press "personal informations" 5. Choose wich informations to clear by activationg/deactivating the 4 options (overview/cookies/codes/cache) 6. Press "clear" This is very mush a pressing/tapping thing. Not much of a "gesture-based" way
