[bug] peak start and end times for general email accounts keep changing [duplicate]

@droll - could you provide the follow details:

• Have you noticed this before in previous updates with the same SIM ?
• Are you in roaming ?
• is the timezone set on device the same as the country you are in ?
• Is the timezone set on device the same as the one the sim card is from ?
• What is your provider ? (is that a virtual provider ?)

1. I have always used the same SIM card. I have noticed this in the previous update.
2. Not on roaming.
3. Yes - I have my time settings set to AUTOMATIC so it is getting it from the operator.
4. Yes.
5. Not a MVNO. Provider is MAXIS MALAYSIA.

@droll - Does the time change after you selected it from the picker, i.e inside that account, or does it change when you go back to accounts list and back inside that account ?
