[bug] 1.1.2.15 Restart Tracker from Sailfish Utilities doesn't work as expected (any more) [released]

When I had problems with photos not showing up in the gallery (see https://together.jolla.com/question/82771/photos-not-showing-up-in-gallery-app/ ), I first tried to solve them by using the Sailfish utilities in system settings and re-start tracker from there. This was a good was in the past to handle such issues.
It didn't change a thing.
Only good old tracker-control -krs from the command line fixed the problem.
Out of curiosity I tried both ways a second time and watched the gallery right afterwards:
After entering tracker-control -krs, it behaved as expected: All pictures disappeared, counters were set to 0, and then I could watch as they re-appeared in the gallery again.
When I tried to delete and re-build the tracker database from the Utilities section, nothing happened at all. All images remained in the gallery, there was no evidence of tracker re-building its database in the background. (Just as before when using this tool wouldn't bring back lost photos, but tracker-control -krs would.)
Something's fishy here.

(Also on Yliaavanlampi) @ossi1967 - you're right, it doesn't, I've only just remembered to look at this, after reloading 18 albums onto my fresh OS install.
I ended up leaving the phone over night after using restart tracker in Sailfish Utilites - absolutely nothing happened at all, Gallery empty, Mediaplayer empty. In the end I did
Spam Hunter ( 2015-02-22 15:35:41 +0300 )edittracker-control -esin terminal and within about 3 minutes everything was recognised, EXCEPT album art - still no album art, despite going through and tagging all mp3's (My old/new N900 sees them all no matter what I do with the files!)@Markkyboy: Tracker is in a really, really bad shape ATM in Sailfish, with missing album art being the worst of all problems. I wonder if developers are even aware of all these issues.

g7 ( 2015-02-23 08:13:03 +0300 )editOptima service ended up changing my Jolla device so I had to copy the music again to my new Jolla (factory settings --> updated to Yliaavanlampi) --> album art just doesn't work and tracker seems to have missed some png pictures also from Gallery app. This still worked ok a couple updates back but I can't say exactly when these problems became so huge. tracker-control -es / -r doesn't solve this problem.
