Hello Sailors

Last year my Jolla drop to floor and the glass was damaged. Jolla has repair it and this week i got my Jolla back, now i want make the last updates. At the moment, Version 1.0.2.5 is installed. When I search for updates, find the device no updates and say it is the latest (1.0.2.5)

I tried over ssh and 'version --dup', it install something but after reboot the version is the same like before. What can i do?

I also had this problem. No amount of factory resets or shop-client updates helped. Only manually changing ssu re allowed updating...

Should I do something to restore normal upgrade notifications afterwards?

After the usual updates, nothing else to do.

I think the version ("1.1.1.27") should be replaced with the latest stable version which can be found from here (pick a post then look for "For more details"). Don't pick an early release version unless you know what you're doing.

After ssu -re 1.1.1.27 it tells Your device is now in realese mode and version --dup download something.

I will report after download and install

Edit:

As I read on TMO it could happen that you won't get any updates automatically after updating on this way - but I don't know if that's really the case. It is also not recommended to update on this way (as said by several Sailors) because you could miss several updated system packages on this way. So maybe it would be better to reset your Jolla to factory settings so that your Jolla finds the updates by itself. :) But I am just saying what I have read so it's your decision. :D
