Music Player gets closed even if a track is played

Hello,

I observed that the Music Player app is getting closed in the launcher, when I open to much new apps. This makes for a lot of apps sense, but for the music player of course not, if music is been played in the background.

I'm not quite sure if this is a bug or a feature request.
