Update Mails on opening the app

I really like the various frequencies available to refresh / sync mails. What I am looking for - An additional setting when i start / open the mail system updates the default Inbox folder. It is usually the case that I refresh mails as soon as I open the app. It will be nice if system does that! :) In my opinion, the existing functionality can remain as-is w/o any changes.
