[Idea _suggestion] Automatisation of Utilities for Android support

It is allready known that using Android apps can be led to stucking of Android support owing to increase in power consumption. Could the app of Utilities be automatised so that every time you close some Android app, Utilises automatically performs 1. Stop Android runtime and after 5 to 10 seconds 2. Start Alien Dalvik again.
I have noticed that using the previous manually, I have prevented stucking of Android support ,and thus consequential increase in power consumption. I.e. Jolla phose maintans its normal operation and low power consumption.
(Excuse me if this is dublicate. But I did not find something like this). :)
