What happens with data stored with third parties?

Dear all,
This is not a technical question. I have read carefully the privacy policies, the geolocation data policies included in the settings and the FAQ on privacy. I understand that I have explicitly consented to having my private data stored with third parties - because I would not be able to use the phone otherwise, in one way or another (many of the assumed obligatory features depend on me providing this consent).
I have found no mention of what obligations rest on third parties that store my data after my explicit consent is given. It is for instance clear to me that Jolla will only use my personal data for marketing, enhancing my experience, development and customer support, but it is not clear to me if these uses are extended to the Hosting Parties as well.
