Phone App -> Call Contact: contacts with empty name listed as numbers under the "+" sign [answered]

This is the same bug previously reported here for People App (and already fixed since 1.1.0.38). It never occured to me that it is still there, but in Phone App!

It occurs to me that in Phone App -> Call Contact [SfOS v. 1.1.9.28], contacts without a name, but with a company name, are listed twice: once under the proper initial letter (of the company name) and once under the "+" symbol (identified only by their phone number in this case).
