Cannot enable Developer mode but Store, Warehouse work fine! [not relevant]

After factory reset ( Shipped back to Finland for a problem a month ago), all updates done, apps installed either from Warehouse, or Jolla App store, or Aptoide. A week ago, I tried and succeeded to activate dev mode. Now I cannot! Clock is OK, store account and all stores work fine, except Dev mode! It says:"Problem with installing" "Package jolla-developer-mode was not found in Store"
can it be Server error?
