Phone Contacts Missing&Issue [subjective]

Hi all,
contacts app needs an improvements!!
i cannot manage my contacts like i would!
the last system update has duplicated my contacts, because has stored in phone those of the SIM and i had to modify them from N9....
there isn't icon to distinguish between phone contacts and SIM contacts on the list but all together and now i have multiple contact obviously;
there isn't possibility to set ring-tone for every contact;
cannot show the list contacts into the SIM and manage it (delete or modify or add);
cannot do backup of the phone contacts only importing;
and i cannot send contact card by SMS;
and cannot copy telephone number without modify the contact card!
missing the scroll down/up system at the screen edge for see list on names like in N9.
