Here is a request to allow phone owner to specify a phone number that could be called directly from lock screen pully menu without unlocking the device.

As an option user should be able to assign into the pully menu a direct call action to selected contact/number just like apps now. The story behind this is that for certain frequently called numbers unlocking the devices becomes a nuisence. And phone owner shall be able to whitelist certain contacts to be directly available just like emergency number is.

If you find out how to dial a number from command line you could put that in a script, add an icon for it to ui and add a shortcut to this 'app'. Hints for accessing the dialler via CLI can be found here: https://together.jolla.com/question/17992/sending-an-sms-via-the-command-line/

Best of course is if this works out of the box.

That would be nice for ICE numbers. Whats the use of those numbers if your phone is locked?

@Piotr: The ICE number is available as a red button next to lock screen dial pad.
