[Bug] Some Home Screen tiles are black [duplicate]

The tiles of the Messages and the Phone apps often show just a black background on the Home Screen.

To reproduce.

Open two apps, e.g. Settings and a random one (other than Phone/Messages)
Swipe back to Home, open Messages, then swipe back to Home
Messages is now the 1st item (top-left) in the array of tiles and is just a black box with the tile-swipe hint (new message)
Open Phone, then swipe back to Home. The Messages tile now shows up correctly, being 2nd in the stack (top-right) The Phone app's tile is black with only the tile-swipe hints being shown.
Bring forward one of the running apps, e.g. Settings, then swipe back to Home. Both the Phone and the Messages tiles are updated ( being 2nd and 3rd in the stack), Settings becomes the 1st item and shows correctly.

This is a known issue and a duplicate question of bug-black-cover-for-dialer-and-messaging-app. So closing this one. :)

It's sometimes difficult to find a questions if you don't know the exact words in the title. There should be better heuristics in the search, but.. :)

You shouldn't just count on what's in the search dropdown, as it only searches title and tags. You have to press Enter to get better search results.

No worries, got my Jolla 2 days ago, now I know the correct term is "cover" not "tile". cheers.
