App request: Native SNS Apps and 9-KEY IME for Mainland China Users

SNS Apps: Wechat operated by Tencent , Weibo operated by Sina . Each has billions of users , without native support of these apps , Jolla could never hit Chinese market.
What's more , Apple has improved Chinese IME since iOS 7 , added 9-Key IME which caused a lot of people abandon their Jailbreak , it's essential too.
There's a Native Weibo App developed by a developper but it's not available any more , apps won't act well without official cooperation with Sina .
As a mainland chinese user , I don't have regular access to Twitter and FB , SNS = Wechat + Weibo , and I don't want to use Android apps anymore.
So please think about it :)
Out of interest as a non chinese user, what is 9-KEY IME? Using google I was only able to find this question :D
