This is quite new as libre office on web is not yet released but since we all are desperately looking for an office editor on the phone and are more or less FOSS supporters ( atleast many ) . How about we support the libre office we natively ?

Basically thats how it is supposed to work. All we need is a proper JS/CSS rendering of the web view on the Sailfish os as most of the task here is done by the "libre office web" server.

More details are at https://people.gnome.org/~michael/blog/2015-03-25-libreoffice-icewarp.html

This is a great suggestion. Libre Office would greatly add to the Jolla usefulness.

I don't see myself crunching numbers into spreadsheets on my phone. However, with the arrival of the Jolla Tablet, I presume office applications for Sailfish OS will become much more feasible.
