[bug] browser bar not appearing [duplicate]

the browser bar only appears when you scoll up, but i was recently on a webpage which included a map (i think google maps) and scrolling up then just caused the map to move - not to actually scroll, and so the browser bar didnt come up. thankfully the map didnt cover 100% of the screen but almost. this situation made me think if the map would cover the whole screen then youd be stuck there. because theres no way to close the tab.

just wanted to leave this here. its not really a bug but more like a design fault.
