App-persistent keyboard language

I would like to have persistent keyboard languages for each app, as known from desktop PC.
I often use different languages in different apps. Thus I have to use different keyboard layouts at each app due to need of special characters and also due to word prediction.
Sometimes it occurs to me that I forget to change the keyboard before typing in words at the other app again. Eventually, many words are stored at the wrong keyboard in the wrong language.
And the only way to correct erroneous input is to delete the whole dictionary (as posted here).
It's obvious that multitasking should be supported with "multilanguaging".
