[Bug] Android app cannot play audio through phone speaker when connected to Bluetooth

1. Launch Waze
2. Connect to your car's headunit via Bluetooth
3. You will hear Waze audio being played via your car's speaker
4. In Waze, there is a setting to redirect all audio through the Phone's speaker (for example, if you are listening to music via your car's radio, and you want to hear Waze voice navigation guide at the same time). If you toggle this setting, the audio still gets routed to the car's headunit.

I assume this is a bug since Waze has this option. I also know by right when you route audio through Bluetooth then all audio should go through Bluetooth. So this might be a bit of a misnomer to be labelled as a bug.
