telephone app disappeared (the icon with the handset) [answered]

The telephone app disappeared. Now I can't receive incoming calls or make outgoing calls. But I still hear the ringtone. I don't now why and when this happened. How can I recover the telephone app.

Open Terminal, and type in pkcon install voicecall-ui-jolla - you might need to reboot for changes to take effect.
