I find it slightly confusing respectively irritating that the same icon is used for different meanings.

In one case the up/down arrows are supposed to refer to the mobile data connection. In the other case the same icon is being used to show the transfer of files.

Sure, it's a minor issue, but nevertheless I think this should be fixed.
