No updates after factory reset to 1.0.2.5 [answered]
Hi guys. I have strange problem. I performed factory reset. Software was downgraded to v. 1.0.2.5. After this, I can not: 1. Upgrade OS version: I receive 'no updates available' (wi-fi works fine, I'm able to connect to store).
Is there any way to force an upgrade? Has anyone spotted this?

(stupid question, but who knows?) Did you re-activate your Jolla account?

Any useful hint is much appreciated.
Stephan79 ( 2015-04-13 21:58:32 +0300 )editDid you install something from the jolla store? you should not do this. reset the device and wait first for the os-updates. after the os-updates you can install your apps, alien dalvik or enable the developer mode. I think that's what i did, as i was facing the same problem
Zandi ( 2015-04-13 22:49:47 +0300 )editLuckily, system update #12 (1.1.4.xx) is coming very soon. This will allow to check the update/notification process. I suspect there might be a temporary issue with it.
