Despite this may annoy some of the TJC members, It would be still open communication from Jolla side to provide latest information about coming Update 12 and it's current status.

The similar announcement was done before for Update 10 and Update 9

Also information about the possible jump directly to Sailfish OS 2.0 is also good information, if that is the actual plan of Jolla.

I like them too, but since I have to check the update app every 5min. I can't get my job done anymore. ;-D The tension is killing me....

You seem to miss a few points.

Jolla isn't the average linux distro that can ship software with a million stupid bugs. It has to have commercial level Quality.

And this can take time. Hence delays and the reason they cant be on schedule all the time.

THINGS CAN GO WRONG AND THEY CANT SHIP A PRODUCT THAT CRASHES

So -as always -there will be an announcement when its ready.

I do not agree.

Jolla is unlike right? Then we'd like to know about any progress. @Kari is asking for an update about the next update, not for update to be released now.

SailfishOS 2 has been announced for May (of course if anything goes right) and #MayIsComing
