HERE Maps flaky GPS with 1.1.4 / Äijänpäivänjärvi

Not sure if it's the same for other Android apps using GPS, but at least HERE maps is not getting a constand GPS lock since 1.1.4 / Äijänpäivänjärvi. First lock takes long and after that the location gets updated every 10-30 seconds only. Thus making voice guided navigation not possible anymore.

I had that in 1.1.2. Solved by changing NTP to a server closer to me in /etc/gps.conf . As I'm in Brazil, I've set to pool.ntp.br . Also, I changed SUPL_HOST to supl.google.com and SUPL_PORT to 7276, but changing the NTP server was the real solution.
