Cannot remove favourite spots from Here maps [answered]

I've been unable to remove favourite spots on Maps. When selecting favourite and when pushing the star from the showing menu does not remove the favourite.
The question has been closed for the following reason "the question is answered, an answer was accepted" by hzb

"Saved places" and "favourites" are two different things.
A saved place can be selected as favourite (either long press the saved place and choose "add to favourites" or tap on the saved place, the map shows in the lower part of the screen and in the upper part there is a star next to the saved place name, if you tap on that star you make this saved place a favourite). Of course you can unselect it as a favourite the same way.
If you want to delete a saved place, long press on that saved place and choose "delete".
So, the spots on Maps are not "favourites", they are "saved places". Delete the saved place and it will not show on the map anymore.
