Confirmed. Works correctly on earlier version.

Sidenote. Finnish translation "Salli syötteet laitteen ollessa lukittu" - well maybe it means this.

Can confirm, tried the following:

Phase 1:

  1. Set device lock to 30 minutes
  2. Manually lock screen (double tap power button)
  3. Events accessible

Phase 2:

  1. Set device lock to "No delay"
  2. Lock screen by swiping/pressing power button
  3. Events accessible

Even rebooted the phone to see if it affects the outcome, but still although the option to show events while locked was off, the Events was accessible while the device is locked, so definately a bug.

Closing this one, as update is being rolled out and (at least for me) it's working, and the issue is resolved.

See release-notes-114-aijanpaivanjarvi-early-access -> upgrade-version-history for details.
