Some apps dissaperes if they changes their name, example is the Situations autostart app. This App have 2 possible names to show the state ( active / inactive). Change from activ to inactive they disapeares from folder to end of grid

Problem solved with update to 1.1.6.27
@evo3de, it's not fixed and CAN'T be fixed.
In apps like you mentioned I use method that learned from Coderus.
It work in this way:remove .desktop file -> desktop-file-install command -> create new .desktop file -> desktop-file-install command
Because it remove .desktop file and create it again with new icon and name it can jump to the end of apps list. Sometimes it stays on his position and most of times not.
I still prefer this method instead restarting lipstick service every time you change icon and name of app.
