[question] does bluetooth sometimes fail to play audio on remote device with 1.1.4.28

i cannot reproduce thid reliably yet. when i am connected to my car kit, sometimes the audio stream plays back on my phone loud speaker. no matter what i do (even restarting the bluetooth service), i cannot get it to route audio to my car's speakers.
have you experienced this? i think i recall once i managed to trigger it by accidentally putting an ongoing call on hold. all subsequent calls would just play l back on the loud speaker.
the only fix seems to be a reboot.
