I run latest OS Äijänpäivänjärvi, but this is an old issue. My phone does not pass 6 days uptime. Constantly after 5 days of perfect operation phone start to behave utterly strange: no more able launch applications, answer calls, connect to wifi etc. A phone reboot clear all these problems. I also tried to balance btrfs, but behaviour is same. May apologies if this is a well known issue ...

well known issue ...

Don't think so. At least not here. My most recent uptime is over 17 days and counting.

I was asking about the same issue here, and I've got an answer. Not a real solution, but it works.

Thanks for answer. Would be nice to have such issues addressed by Jolla with priority. Any scripts provided by community should be included in "Utilities" application untill an elegant solution is found, or any upstream bugs are corrected, if any. I also suggest Jolla to provide source for "Utilities" so we, community, be able to tweak and improve.

I've had the same problem (still with previous update 1.1.2.16) - about 3-5 days before a reboot is needed. Usually this happens when I have a bit of internet usage going on and the phone is warm - browsing the net (Facebook etc.), the MeeCast weather app and the e-mail app is on AND then someone tries to call or sends a message while I'm enjoying my internet stuff.

Usually, after this I notice that the browser stops loading pages. Then the phone shows that there is no internet connection (-> 3G, sometimes WiFi works for a while). Then the phone says "Problem with connection!". After that warning trying to use the apps might, or might not crash the app and say "Critical problem with app registry". And if I reboot, the phone might have shuffled my app icons around, which is really irritating. But not always, if I reboot in time when the first symptoms show up.

But my problems usually start when browser and cellular network stuff is beginning to happen at the same time. Or when I've browsed for a long time, so it might just be that memory issue.
