Add Timer to soften Permanent Device Lock

Please add a configurable timer [1|5|15|30|60]min to the max amount of tries counter (preferably keep a "Lock permanently" option too!) and if possible have it increase in steps so we may set 3 tries, after that we have 1 minute wait, after 4 wrong entry you need to wait 5 minutes and so on (toggle with "do increase timer with counter" feature).
