Hello fellow sailors!

Yesterday I did the update for Äijänpäivänjärvi. Everything went smooth at first glance, but today I discoverd that my CalDav Memotoo events do not show up in the calendar app.

What I did to solve this: - delete my Memotoo account - delete all calendar data as described in https://together.jolla.com/question/67034/howto-reset-user-databases/ - setup my Memotoo account again and did a first sync

Unfortunately, nothing of the above did the thing. My Memotoo calendars do in fact show up in the calendar app settings. I even received a reminder for an event. Still all dates are empty with no events shown.

Any ideas on this?

Tobias

Do you use "All day" events or regular ones?

I use both. Just checked my calendar app again. Now some events - both all-day and regular - show up, but still not all events.

humm, usually "all day" events created on the Jolla do not appear on the Jolla calendar after sync, only on the server side.

Do you have activated the calendar in "manage calendars"?

I just checked with latest buteo-sync-plugin-caldav from git, and it seems to work for me. Perhaps the version of the plugin which was in the release broke it? Can you do the following:

$ systemctl --user stop msyncd
$ killall msyncd
$ MSYNCD_LOGGING_LEVEL=8 devel-su -p msyncd

then in a different terminal:

$ devel-su journalctl -af | grep caldav

then trigger sync with memotoo again and see what the output in the journalctl terminal is? You can send that log to chris dot adams at jolla dot com and I can try to determine what might be going wrong, also.

Cheers, Chris.
